Casa Liozzi

The house in parts dates over 1000 years old and is deeply set within the history of the village and is of some importance.

view from Casa Liozzi, Penna san giovanniCasa Liozzi has three bedrooms with gorgeous un spoilt views over both the Marchese countryside and narrow Pennese medieval streets.

Facing south the balcony spreads the width of the house giving unspoiled views of the Apennines in the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east.

The dining room with open fireplace and thick stone walls overlooks the quiet cobbled streets at the front of the house, complete with open fireplace and old beams create the perfect ambiance.

Although fully refurbished, many of the old characteristics have been preserved, such as the old fireplace, the beamed ceilings and cotto tiles but as many of these features are centuries old, those that have not survived the test of time have been sympathetically  replaced with contemporary equivalents.
