Living

Pleseantly cool in the summer and cosy in the winter,  comfort awaits the writer, the artist, or the family with the kids in tow..

The old chapel, now a small but enchanting living room, surrounded on three sides by the local quarried stone with weird and wonderful archways and cubby holes set into the walls with exposed oak beams beneath the cotto tiles of the ceiling above.

To the front of the house, overlooking the narrow cobbled street of Giacomo Leopardi, sits a cosy snug with its open fireplace and low beamed ceiling, it is the perfect setting to enjoy the local food and wine.  Now used as a dining room

Peering out of the kitcehn window, south, you will see the rolling hills of Ascoli Piceno, a view that can surely inspire anyones cooking to the Italain dolce vita.
